Course Descriptions
Young Artist Program – Ages 10 – 13
Young artist program is designed for the serious young beginner. This course takes place at the Long Island Academy of Fine Art in Glen Cove, NY. Students begin by learning the fundamentals of drawing and then move on to painting. My Sunday kids workshop was such a big hit that we expanded the program to several other days including Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Classes are held once per week for 11 weeks. High School Portfolio Development
For H.S. & Middle School Students
Pre-College Portfolio Prep classes are designed for students to have an opportunity to fulfill their portfolio requirements under the guidance of professional art instructors at the Long Island Academy of Fine Art in Glen Cove, NY. Classes are held once per week and the Winter 2010 Semester is and 11-week term. High School juniors and seniors will begin with the fundamentals program and quickly move onto more advanced projects.

Mondays (BOCES) 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Saturdays 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Sundays 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Drawing and Painting for the Absolute Beginner
Adult Program
This past Fall semester I recently began working with adults to offer them an intensive fundamentals program designed for students who may have been painting in the past but were never really introduced to strong fundamentals core instruction.
